ABBAA A DVT 

 

Acute MI with

Asytole

Bradycardia (symptomatic and resistant to atropine)

Bilateral Bundle Branch Block 

AV Block + Bifascicular Block

AV Block 2nd/3rd degree after acute anterior MI

Asymptomatic AV block with severe bradycardia

(<30bpm +/- QRS >120ms +/- QTc prolongation >500ms)

Drug overdose causing arrhythmia

VT = Ventricular Tachycardia secondary to bradycardia/drug resistant

Management of Chronic Heart Failure with Left Ventricular Systolic Dysfunction

A BAD heart

​

ACE inhibitors (e.g. Ramipril)

Beta Blockers (e.g. Bisoprolol)

Aldosterone receptor antagonist (e.g. Spironolactone or Eplerenone)

Diuretic therapy (e.g. Furosemide) 

​

Rheumatic Fever

Polyarthritis

Erythema Marginatum

Carditis

Sydenham's chorea

Subcutaneous nodules

Diastolic Murmurs

ARMS: 

Aortic Regurgitation

Mitral Stenosis
