Age: >55 years

Neutrophils (WCC): >15 x 10³ /uL

Calcium: <2.0mmol/L

Renal (urea): >16mmol/L

Enzymes: LDH >600mmol/L, AST/ALT >200iu/L

Albumin: <32mmol/L

Sugar (glucose): >10mmol/L

​

Severe disease is present if three of more of the criteria are present within 48h

H.Pylori Eradication

CA/MP

Clarithromycin

Amoxicillin / Metrondiazole

PPI (Lanzoprazole)

Gastric Cancer Red Flag Symptoms

Ring DE - ALARMS he may have cancer 

Dyspepsia

Epigastric pain 

Anaemia

Loss of weight 

Anorexia

Relapsing / New onset of symptoms

Melaena

Swallowing difficulty (dysphagia)
